1. About these terms

By using QuarterlyResults.in ("the site", "we", "us") you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

• Past price movement around results does not indicate future performance.

3. Data accuracy

Results dates and declarations come from exchange announcements. Prices come from third-party sources and may contain errors, gaps or delays. We try to keep the data correct but do not guarantee it is complete, accurate or up to date. Always check with the exchange (BSE / NSE) or the company's filing before acting on any number.

4. Your account

• You must be 18 or older to create an account.
• One account is for one person. Do not share your login.
• You are responsible for keeping your login safe. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

5. Paid plans

• The price, what is included and how long access lasts are shown before you pay.
• Payments are processed by our payment gateway. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Refund and cancellation terms are shown on the checkout page before you pay.
• We may change prices for future purchases. A change does not affect a plan you have already paid for.

6. Fair use

You may use the site for your own personal use. You may not:

• copy, scrape, download in bulk, resell or republish the site's data or pages;
• use bots or automated tools to access the site;
• try to break, overload or get around the site's security or paid access;
• use the site for anything unlawful.

7. Advertisements
