Privacy Policy

In short: we collect your email (and name, if you sign in with Google) to run your account and send the emails you ask for, basic visit statistics through Google Analytics, and payment records if you buy a plan. We never see your card or UPI details, we don't sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

1. Who we are

QuarterlyResults.in ("we", "us") is an independent website based in India. For any privacy question, write to support@quarterlyresults.in.

2. What we collect

Account: your email address. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email and profile picture with us. If you use a password, it is stored encrypted by our login provider. We cannot see it.
Email alerts: your email address, if you sign up for results-date alerts.
Your email choice: whether you said yes or no to product updates and offers.
Browser storage: small settings saved in your own browser (light/dark theme, whether you closed the email pop-up). These stay on your device and are not used to track you.
Technical logs: our hosting and database providers automatically record basic request data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the site running.
Visit statistics: Google Analytics uses cookies to count visits and see which pages are used (device, browser, approximate location, pages viewed). We use this only in summary form to improve the site.
Payments: if you buy a plan, we keep the plan, amount, date and payment status. Your card, UPI or bank details are entered directly with our payment gateway. We never see or store them.

We do not ask for your phone number, PAN, Aadhaar, or your trades or holdings. We do not use advertising cookies.

3. Why we use it

To create your account and let you sign in.
To send results-date alerts you asked for.
To send product updates and offers, only if you said yes.
To process payments, give access to paid features and send invoices.
To understand which pages are used and improve the site.
To keep the site secure and working.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data, and we do not give it to advertisers. We use a few service providers who process data only on our behalf:

Supabase — database and login.
Google — sign-in (only if you choose "Continue with Google") and Google Analytics.
Our payment gateway (named on the checkout page) — to process payments.
Cloudflare — website hosting and security.
Our email delivery service — to send the emails you signed up for.

These providers may store data on servers outside India. We may also disclose data if Indian law or a court or government authority requires it.

Advertisements on the site are shown by us directly. Advertisers do not receive your personal data.

5. How long we keep it

Account data: until you delete your account or ask us to.
Alert and marketing emails: until you unsubscribe.
Payment and invoice records: as long as Indian tax law requires, even after the account is deleted.
Deleted data may remain in backups for a short period before it is overwritten.

6. Your choices and rights

Unsubscribe from any email using the link in that email, or by writing to us.
Withdraw consent for marketing at any time. It does not affect your account.
Block analytics: block cookies in your browser, or use Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.
See, correct or delete your data: email support@quarterlyresults.in from your registered email address. We reply within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

7. Children

This site is meant for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has signed up, write to us and we will delete the account.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If we start collecting something new, we will update this page before we do.
